Order and delivery terms and conditions for KAMK Oy’s online store
KAMK Oy (Kajaanin Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy)(Business ID no.: 2553600-4) is responsible for selling products in its online store. We sell products to private persons of legal age in Finland, the EU and countries outside the EU. KAMK reserves the right to change prices and postal charges.
How to order
Our products can be ordered online at shop.kamk.fi, via shopping basket.
An order confirmation stating the ordered item(s), the price, and delivery costs will be sent by email. In order to receive the order confirmation you must provide your email address when you place the order.
On placing an order, as a customer you are bound by the valid terms and conditions of delivery.

The price valid for orders placed in the online store is the one shown in the store’s price list at the time of ordering. Online store prices may differ from the prices of other stores. The prices displayed in this online store are not valid in other online stores. KAMK reserves the right to price changes. All prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Delivery / postage costs are added to the prices of the products.
The prices for products displayed in the online store include VAT at currently valid rates.
We deliver products (services and goods) every working day. Depending on your bank connection, dispatch will take 1-3 business days from the moment you pay the invoice. Delivery times that differ from those stated here will be announced separately on the website.
You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched.
The products are delivered to the delivery address given when the order is placed. If the delivered items do not match your order or if there are other problems with the order you must notify the seller (KAMK Oy) immediately.
You must notify the seller within seven (7) days of your order arriving or receiving your order.
The price of delivery depends on the content, weight, and method of delivery.
Exchange and return of goods
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to exchange and return goods within 14 days. We will not receive goods returned more than 14 days after delivery. The product to be returned and the original product packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received. All costs incurred by the return of goods will be paid by the customer, unless the problem with the delivery is clearly due to supplier error.
Enclose or attach the following information with the returned product: order code, your name, your address and phone number, and a copy of your order confirmation. Payments will be refunded via the system to the account / credit card used by the payer when ordering.
It is always necessary to discuss and agree on the return of goods separately with the supplier. We kindly ask customers to contact the supplier via email at email@example.com before returning any goods.

Methods of payment
You must pay for the products and their delivery/postage charges as you place your order. It is possible to use the following methods of payment in the online store: Nordea Bank, Osuuspankki Bank, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankki- banks, Säästöpankki Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki Bank, Ålandsbanken Bank and debit cards. Payments are sent using a secure connection via the Verifone website.
Payment service provider
Our checkout service provider is Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9) which works in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Verifone appears on your bank statement or debit/credit card bill as the payee and forwards the payment to the seller. Verifone is a registered company with a valid payment institution issued operating licence. In case of refund, please contact KAMK Oy in the first instance.

The online store is not responsible for the delayed, late or non-delivery of purchases due to factors beyond the online store’s control such as war, natural disasters or import and export bans.
Any disputes concerning the issues in this contract will be solved at the Kajaani District Court in accordance with Finnish law.
